Understand
Before we propose anything, we sit with your team and map how the work actually gets done, workarounds included.
Design & build
We build the software, cloud setup, data pipelines or automation the business case justifies. Nothing more.
Support
After go-live we monitor, fix and improve it, and leave documentation your own team can follow.
Platforms and tools we work with
Services
It usually starts with one problem: a month-end close that lives in spreadsheets, or a system nobody wants to touch. We fix that first, then help with whatever comes next.
We redesign the process first, then choose or build the systems to support it. Digitising a broken process just makes it fail faster. Learn more
Cloud and hybrid migrations done in planned stages with a rollback plan, then ongoing work on security and the monthly bill. Learn more
When finance and sales report different numbers, we trace it back to the source, fix the data model and build dashboards people trust. Learn more
We find the repetitive work worth automating, such as document handling, triage and data entry, and only add AI where a simple rule won't do. Learn more
Monitoring, patching, service desk and cloud operations run by us against agreed response times, so your own people stop firefighting. Learn more
Trained people to handle customer service, back-office admin, finance processes and recruitment, working to your procedures as volumes change. Learn more
Industries
Regulators, legacy systems and customer expectations change from one sector to the next. We adjust scoping, testing and sign-off to fit the rules and pressures in yours.
IT services for UK financial services firms. We modernise core platforms, regulatory reporting and onboarding in controlled releases, each with an audit trail. Learn more
Healthcare software development for UK providers: secure, interoperable systems designed to reduce admin for clinical teams and connect records, scheduling and billing. Learn more
Ecommerce development and retail technology for UK businesses. We connect web, marketplace and store systems and get your platform ready for peak trading. Learn more
Manufacturing IT solutions that link machines, MES, ERP and planning tools, so throughput, downtime and quality data reach the people making decisions. Learn more
Public sector digital services designed against WCAG guidelines. We modernise old case management and records systems in phases that fit budget and procurement cycles. Learn more
Technology for professional services firms: utilisation, billing, knowledge and client reporting in one system, so fee earners spend less time on admin. Learn more
How we deliver
No big-bang launches. We agree the scope in writing, deliver in phases you can see and test, and hand over documentation your team can use.
A discovery workshop with the people who do the work, not only the people who sign it off. We document systems, data and pain points.
You get a written scope, a phased plan and an estimate. If an off-the-shelf tool would do the job better, we will say so.
We build in short cycles with regular demos. Your team runs user acceptance testing on real scenarios before anything goes live.
Handover comes with documentation and runbooks. After launch we can support and improve it, or train your team to take it on.

Example engagements
Typical scenario: a firm running orders and month-end on spreadsheets and an old database. The work: a phased roadmap, then a web platform built in stages. The aim: one system the team actually uses.
Typical scenario: ageing on-premise servers and releases that need a weekend of downtime. The work: a cloud migration in planned waves, with automated deployments. The aim: releases without the lost weekend.
Typical scenario: sales and finance quoting different numbers from systems that disagree. The work: one governed data platform with agreed metric definitions. The aim: a single source of truth.

FAQ
It depends on scope, the number of systems it has to connect to, and how much already exists. We price after a short discovery phase so the figure reflects your requirements, not a guess. Larger work can be split into phases, so you commit to one stage at a time.
With a call about the problem, then a discovery workshop with the people who use the current system day to day. After that you get a written scope, timeline and estimate before anything is built.
Not every old system needs replacing. If it does its job and can be secured and supported, we may recommend integrating with it or improving it in place. A rebuild makes sense when maintenance costs, security risk or missing features outweigh the disruption of replacing it.
Yes. We start by reviewing the code, infrastructure and documentation (or the lack of it), tell you plainly what we find, then agree what ongoing support, monitoring and service desk cover should look like.
Both. We support early-stage companies building a first product as well as established organisations modernising existing platforms and operations. Smaller firms often start with one focused project.
One conversation is often enough to tell whether you need new software, better use of what you already pay for, or a change to the process. You will get a straight answer either way.
